Motif Investing depleted our cash account without prior authorization...even admitting to it and refusing to return the funds. They cannot be trusted. Their CEO refused to talk with us about it.

Everyday in life and in the stock market we look at past action and results and wish that maybe we should have done things differently. Screw that! It's in the past...you can only change the future and the key to a wealthy life depends on doing just that.

Other than saving more money, there is a second benefit to living below your means that will actually help you when you've already retired.

While the argument can be made to sell stocks in order to cover taxes on capital gains in another stock or to get rid of a loser, we rarely do either.
